Circus Skills Classes for Adults

UMO Ensemble, the Northwest's premiere physical theatre company is offering workshops in Aerial Rope and Acro-balancing.

Aerial Rope: Spanish Web/Rope Technique, Beginner & Intermediate. Got a knack or desire for climbing, swinging, spinning and doing cool-ass controlled falls? Let loose your "inner monkey of grace" as you learn and advance your skills on Rope or Spanish Web. Start your winter off right - with both feet off the ground!!!

Acro-Balancing: Acrobatic techniques for pairs and trios. Gain strength and confidence (and an intimate knowledge of your partners¹ anatomy) as you learn weight balancing, counterbalancing and stacking in pairs and trios.
